Terms of Service for Clubs

1- Overview:

Sportciety provides a platform for users to book terrains, several kinds of courts, and personal training sessions. Users can also interact with players at sports clubs via the Sportciety application to book a place in an ongoing sporting game of whatever kind.

Sportciety is an intermediary between its users and its trainers and clubs, where it is not liable for the behaviors and misconduct of each.

2- Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the Sportciety application, clubs and by starting their manager accounts agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If a club does not agree with these terms, they are not permitted to use the application or its services.

3- Online Terms:

1- Clubs may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2- Clubs must not transmit any harmful code (e.g., worms, viruses).

4- General Conditions:

1- Sportciety reserves the right to refuse service to any club at any time, for any reason whatsoever.

2- Sportciety is not liable in the case where any club is not authorized or doesn’t hold the required governmental and non-governmental certifications and permits.

3- Clubs agree to provide access to their facilities (terrains, courts, etc.) as specified in the bookings made through the Sportciety application and shall be solely responsible before the user in case of any changes in reservations and bookings.

4- Clubs are responsible for updating their availability and facility details on Sportciety.

5- Clubs must handle all bookings and cancellations according to Sportciety's policies.

6- Sportciety reserves the right to remove any club from the platform if it fails to comply with the terms and engages in behavior detrimental to Sportciety or its users.

7- Sportciety is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs to any of its users in the club.

8- Sportciety is not liable for the actions of the club’s employees, guests, subcontractors, owners, or anything related to that.

9- Sportciety is not liable in any meaning for the actions of any of its users and/or personal trainers in the club.

5- Online Wallet and Transactions:

Sportciety allows clubs to create an online wallet where users are allowed to deposit funds accrued to the clubs through the application. While Sportciety will make every effort to protect the funds within this wallet, it shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access or hacking incidents. Sportciety reserves the right to cancel or reject any transactions at its discretion. Sportciety and the clubs shall collaborate and make a separate agreement that indicates the date and time of the money withdrawal.

6- Termination:

1- A breach of any of terms mentioned in this agreement shall lead to the immediate termination of access to the application, and closure of the account by Sportciety.

2- At any time, Sportciety has the right to terminate the access of any club for any reason whatsoever.

Sportciety reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, with changes communicated to clubs and users via email or through a prominent notice on the application.
